Ken Lucas
Owner
Ken opened the doors here almost 20 years ago. He has a long history in the furniture business that ranges from delivery, sales, dealer rep and ownership. Ken has and his wife Kandi have been married for over 25 years, they are lifelong residents of Kokomo. They have two sons, two daughters-in-law and five adorable granddaughters.
Chris
Owner/General Manager
Chris joined the team at Lucas Furniture & Mattress after many years as a National Sales Rep for several brands. He has many years experience in the furniture industry, beginning right here at Lucas where he worked in sales during college. When the opportunity presented itself in October 2022 to join the Lucas organization again, Chris was excited to come back and be home with family more. "I enjoy working with the sales staff, the delivery staff, the admin staff, but most of all, the customers we serve. The furniture industry has been challenging the last several years and I’m eager to see what the next year holds."
AJ
Business Manager
AJ works in the office at both our main store and our warehouse location. AJ handles finance, oversees the warehouse and general manager duties at our Outlet location. AJ grew up working in the furniture industry and studied finance at Indiana University Kokomo. He has work experience in both wholesale and retail sales management. He enjoys spending time with family including his wife and three daughters.
Annette
Business Manager
Annette has been with Lucas since the beginning. Annette has an impeccable eye for design and loves to help customers complete that perfect look, room, or outdoor space! Annette and her husband Jeff live in Kokomo. They have a son, daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law and twin grandchildren.
Kristin
Marketing Manager
Kristin joined the Lucas team in 2017. She handles our marketing and payroll. Kristin and her husband Gregg live in Kokomo. They have five children and five grandchildren.
Lisa
Operations – Delivery & Service
Lisa has been with Lucas since 2016. She handles scheduling delivery, service, and repairs. Lisa and her husband Steve are lifelong residents of Kokomo, and they have one daughter.
Diane
Sales Associate
Diane has been a sales associate with Lucas since 2007. She loves to help you find that perfect piece to compliment your home. Diane and her husband Bill live in Kokomo but enjoy spending time at the lake during the summer.
Teri
Sales Associate
Teri joined the Lucas sales team in 2013. Teri loves to work with customers to find furniture they love. Teri lives on the West side of Kokomo and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Eddie
Sales Associate
Eddie joined the Lucas sales team in 2020 after a long career in the automotive field. He loves working with customers. Eddie and his wife Michelle live in Kokomo. They have three kids and are expecting their second grandchild.
Alan
Sales Associate
Alan has been a sales associate with Lucas since 2019. Alan has years of experience in the furniture industry and loves helping people find that perfect fit for their home. Alan and his wife Shirley live in Kokomo. They have two daughters and one grandson.
Kathi
Sales Associate
Kathi has been a sales associate with Lucas since 2003. Kathi enjoys helping customers with design and choosing pieces to complement their homes. Kathi and her husband Jim are lifelong residents of Kokomo. They have one daughter and son-in-law, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
