Getting Your Furniture Home
At Lucas Furniture & Mattress, we offer friendly and professional delivery. We will deliver within a 50-mile radius of our locations for a fee of $129. Also included in this price is 1 full year of no cost pick up and return in the event that your furniture would require service in this time frame.

Saturday: 10 am to 4:30pm

Delivery FAQS
- Please call 765-453-0504 to schedule a pickup time at least 24 hours in advance.
- All customer pick-ups must be paid in full at or before time of pick up.
- All merchandise will be left in original container and can be opened for customer inspection if requested.
- Customer is responsible for assembling all items. No claims will be accepted on items improperly assembled by customer. If you would like our technicians to assemble prior to your pickup there will be a $29 service fee. Must give 48 hours’ notice for assembly.
- We will be happy to load the merchandise on your vehicle. However, our staff is not allowed to secure it for transport. That is the responsibility of the person picking up the purchase.
- Customer is responsible for supplying anything needed to properly secure the the purchase during transit including tie downs, blankets or other packing material.
- Customer is responsible for all merchandise once it has been loaded into your vehicle and left the store location or warehouse.
- Any concealed damage that is discovered when you get the merchandise home will be your responsibility to return to the store within 2 days for inspection to determine disposition. We will exchange or repair at our discretion.
- If in-home service is requested, customer will be charged a trip /service fee of $49.
Preparing for your delivery:
- Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, be present to accept any delivery.
- Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
- Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.
- All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.
You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.
Preparing for pickup:
- Call our Customer Service Department to confirm that your furniture is ready for pick up.
- Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit in your home.
- Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
- Pack rope or other ties and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure its safe ride home. Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.
- Any person picking up a purchase must present a copy of the enclosed invoice and a photo ID, and either be listed or authorized on the invoice. If the person picking up is not listed on the invoice, please call our Customer Service Department.
- All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase the pick up date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
While you’re picking up: Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the team member assisting you.
